Questions shops ask
What format do I get?
US Letter. Fillable PDFs open in Acrobat, Preview, and most browser PDFs. Word .docx on the $7 starter for shop edits (or upload to Google Docs). Excel formulas open in Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice. Instant download — no shipping.
What files are in the $24 kit?
Cover, cooling PM checklist, work order, invoice PDF + Excel, refrigerant cylinder log PDF + Excel, diagnostic field log. That is SKU-07. Full kit page.
Can I put my shop name on it?
Yes. The Word files (in the $7 starter) are yours to edit. The PDFs are fillable. FieldForm does not drop your logo for you and does not do custom work. If a line does not match how you run a call, change it.
Is this legal advice or an EPA program?
No. Template only. Not legal advice. Not an EPA or code-compliance program. You and your attorney / AHJ are responsible for use. Observed readings only — no target pressures, no charging calculator, no certification.
What’s the difference between free, $7, and $24?
Free is one page: 12 blanks before you open the panel, email-gated at Gumroad. The $7 zip is invoice, work order, and full cooling PM checklist — PDF, Word, and the live invoice workbook (impulse / coupon). The $24 kit adds the refrigerant log and diagnostic log to the invoice, work order, and cooling PM. No agreement in any of those three.
Where do I buy if I already use Etsy?
Same files. Gumroad is the checkout on this page ($24 kit, $7 starter, free sheet). The Etsy shop is FieldFormHVAC — invoice, work order, checklist, maintenance agreement, and the rest of the catalog.
Refunds?
Digital download. Default is no refund after you have the file. If a charge is a duplicate, or a file will not open, write the platform you bought from. Try Acrobat or Excel first. “It wasn’t a compliance program” is not a refund — that line is on the sheet.
